Job Description:

As a Cash Applications Representative you play an integral role delivering cost-effective solutions for our patients by posting accurate and timely payments and adjustments. In this role you will be responsible for posting payments and adjustments for insurances and patients, analyzing insurance explanation of benefits and patient checks, processing credit card and electronic check transactions, obtaining the necessary documentation required for posting, and researching and resolving unapplied cash.

Requirements:

1+ year of healthcare related cash posting, billing, or data entry experience in a professional or educational setting or banking/accounting data entry experience
Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required

Nice to have:

Cash posting experience for pharmacy, medical, dental or vision receivables
knowledge of healthcare reimbursement
explanation of benefit experience
