As part of the Regional Static Data Team, role is to support the Payments and Receivables processing. Manage the Static Data setups in Production. Responsible to define adequate process controls for static data setups. Participate in functional training, defining security matrix controls and understand various roles and responsibility. Responsible to ensure maker/checker process are followed for all setups, Define contingency process for the data setups. Understand business requirements and manage multiple countries setups in an effective manner. Work to find the opportunity to improve the processing and suggest solutions for managing processing issues.
Job Responsibility:

Ensure maker/checker process are followed for all setups
Define contingency process for the data setups
Understand business requirements and manage multiple countries setups in an effective manner
Work to find the opportunity to improve the processing and suggest solutions for managing processing issues
Encourage cross functional training for staffs to enrich their skill base
Optimize manpower to achieve higher productivity levels
Ensure team delivers as per Service Level Agreement
Understand client requirements and implement them correctly
Maintain good working relationship with our Business Partners
Ensure a strong and robust processing environment with effective controls
Establish risk management practice
Maintain a strong culture of risk and controls in the team through various process and check points
Identify means to reduce transaction defects (internal and external)
Develop performance metrics to track defects, productivity
Efficiently and effectively manage new projects/migrations and ensure smooth cut over with minimized risks – internal and external
Develop training database , training materials , trackers for the migration
Support training for new staffs
Ensure training and parallel run are well planned and executed
Participate in cross functional projects at unit level
Drive innovation projects focused at increasing the operating efficiency of the team- reduce cost and increase customer satisfaction
Continuous process improvements and cost improvement initiatives
Requirements:
Minimum of 2-3 years banking experience preferably Cash payments domain
Preferably working knowledge of cash operations and processes
Degree holder
Post graduate degree would be an added advantage
Articulate, with strong communication skills both written and spoken
Strong process-oriented mindset – able to establish critical processes
Proactive to take lead in investigating issues and accountable for resolution
Responsible, organized, responsive and able to multitask under pressure
Ability and work in a team environment
Experience with Global Payplus, knowledge of cash payment processing and products, background in operations process management would be advantageous
