Job Description:

The role is responsible for delivering excellent customer service and accurately processing a variety of financial transactions for clients. It is crucial for maintaining the bank's reputation and ensuring compliance with financial regulations in daily operations.

Job Responsibility:

Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and cashing checks
Handle cash, balance currency, and reconcile cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts
Manage different types of reports for regulator
Assist customers with account inquiries, resolve basic transaction discrepancies, and provide information as requested by partners and regulators
Maintain a high level of customer service, building rapport and identifying opportunities to refer customers to appropriate banking specialists
Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, demonstrating a strong focus on risk management and fraud prevention
Collaborate effectively with branch team members to achieve operational goals and enhance the customer experience
Safeguard bank assets by following security protocols and maintaining confidentiality of customer information

Requirements:

Previous experience in cash handling, customer service, or a related field is preferred
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in English and French
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions
Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
