We have an exciting opportunity for a Caseworker to join the team in the Thames Valley. This role is available on a fixed-term basis until 31/03/27 with consideration given to candidates seeking either full or part time hours. Job Responsibility:
Managing own complex caseload to the highest quality standards
Providing high quality and bespoke support to service users
Delivering exceptional trauma informed advocacy and support
Attending team meetings and in person supervision sessions within the region
Requirements:
Understanding of the impact of crime on victims
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Proven track record of successfully delivering services and working directly within a statutory, voluntary or multi agency setting(s)
Ability to balance competing needs and priorities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High level of personal resilience and experience of managing a complex caseload
A successful track record of building effective working relationships across internal and external stakeholders
Reside within Oxfordshire, Berkshire or Buckinghamshire
Driving license and access to a vehicle (essential requirement, disability adjustments possible)
