Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Caseworker to join the Anti-Social Behaviour team working 22.5 hours per week. Do you want to make a difference every day? Do you want to contribute to change & improvement for those who need it?

Job Responsibility:

  • Providing high quality, end-to-end support to victims of anti-social behaviour to cope and recover
  • Establishing contact with the person to assess the impact of the anti-social behaviour
  • Providing appropriate information and support
  • Providing support ranging from brief interventions over the telephone to longer term 1:1 and telephone based support

Requirements:

  • Resilience & adaptability
  • Ability to work effectively with a focus on customer service and care
  • Skills to provide effective crisis intervention
  • Ability to carry out risk assessments, safety planning, assessment of needs and individual support planning
  • Demonstrable experience of working in a similar setting or position
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise a busy workload
  • Must live within Avon & Somerset
  • Regular travel required to work across Avon & Somerset
  • Enhanced DBS required
