Requirements:
Proven casework experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities
Ability to work within strict policy frameworks and follow procedures consistently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of Data Protection principles
Demonstrated resilience and empathy when handling sensitive material
