At Single Homeless Project (SHP), we believe that everyone deserves a place to call home - and the support to make it truly theirs. As a Caseworker in our Tenancy Sustainment Team, you’ll do so much more than help people keep a roof over their heads. You’ll be part of someone’s journey toward stability, growth, and renewed confidence. Whether welcoming someone at the start of their support journey, walking alongside them as they navigate life’s challenges, or supporting them to move on to greater independence, your work will have a lasting impact. This is a role that develops you as much as it empowers others. Every day brings new opportunities to build trusting relationships, use your creativity to solve real-world problems, and collaborate with a committed team that is shaping the future of housing support across London.
