Job Description

Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working with a highly specialist business based near Wantage who are looking to recruit a confident Casework Manager with a high level of attention to detail to join their growing team. As Caseworker Manager, you will be the first point of contact for internal teams and also external organisations and responsible for managing all administration around complex and highly confidential cases. Day-to-day, this role will involve diary management for an expert team, maintaining and updating databases, assisting with the creation of external reports, responding to telephone calls and emails and other general office administration. Our client work with very sensitive cases therefore it is essential the successful candidate is able to remain discreet in their work, are highly resilient and able to manage an often large workload. This Casework Manager position would be well suited to candidates with previous experience working in a detail-focused position who are looking for a long-term role within a stimulating and fast-moving business.
