We have an exciting opportunity within our Fitness to Practise team. This post offers excellent potential to increase your expertise within the regulatory sector, whilst making a worthwhile contribution to the safety of dental patients. The work of the Fitness to Practise team is vital in ensuring public confidence in the dental sector. We investigate concerns of shortcomings in conduct or competence where dental patients may be at serious risk. When appropriate, we take action to mitigate that risk. Casework Assistants play an essential supporting role, assisting with administrative and casework tasks to ensure the timely progression of Fitness to Practise cases, in accordance with departmental procedures.

Job Responsibility:

  • Logging post and ensuring correct distribution to Caseworkers
  • Creating purchase orders and payment of invoices
  • Creating dental assets
  • Providing a high-quality customer service
  • Managing finance processes
  • Preparing and summarising case-related documentation
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Tailoring correspondence to suit the requirements of the recipient

Requirements:
