Job Responsibility:
Provide essential, high-level administrative support to Case Management teams across Inner and Outer Gippsland, ensuring smooth daily operations
Act as a key liaison with external professional stakeholders to facilitate support and services for clients
Coordinate and organise essential client resources, including brokerage (vouchers and goods), to ensure timely access to support
Maintain accurate client records, prepare reports from systems like Passport, and manage crisis housing documentation (maintenance, condition reports)
Directly assist practitioners with documentation (case notes, minutes) and promote a welcoming, safe environment for clients, including children and young people
Requirements:
Minimum bachelor’s degree in social work (or trauma related field) and experience appropriate to the field
A Diploma in Community Services will also be considered
