Job Description:

The case picker will work in the full case picking area and load case onto the belt in the picking module. This role supports CVS Health's mission to deliver health care services with a human-centric approach. Job responsibilities include collecting and processing store orders, handling merchandise, ensuring safety and cleanliness of the work environment, and participating in training programs. The role is a full-time position with various benefits provided to employees.

Job Responsibility:

  • Collect and read store orders that include item location, descriptions, and quantity
  • gather the required cases of merchandise and transfer cases to pallets or conveyers using safe lifting techniques
  • demonstrate ability to operate power equipment and perform preliminary safety checks of equipment
  • ensure pallet security with tape and shrink wrap
  • maintain a safe and clean working environment by following safety guidelines
  • perform general housekeep to ensure working area and aisles are clear of debris
  • participate in training for other warehouse duties
  • carry out area strategy to maintain performance metric standards

Requirements:

  • Basic awareness of problem solving and decision-making skills
  • 0-2 years work experience
  • high school diploma or equivalent required
