This role is responsible for accurately picking merchandise cases and preparing them for shipment, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Job Responsibility:

  • Pick merchandise cases based on store orders, ensuring accuracy in item location, description, and quantity
  • Transfer cases to pallets or conveyors using safe lifting techniques
  • Secure pallets with tape and shrink wrap for transport
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area by following all safety guidelines
  • Assist with general housekeeping to keep aisles clear of debris
  • Participate in training for additional warehouse duties

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • 0–2 years of warehouse or case picking experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
