We are looking for a dedicated Case Managing Attorney to join our legal team in Saint Louis, Missouri. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong litigation experience and a passion for advocating on behalf of plaintiffs. The ideal candidate will possess excellent legal drafting and trial skills, along with a proven ability to manage complex cases efficiently.

Job Responsibility

  • Represent plaintiffs in civil litigation cases, ensuring their interests are effectively advocated
  • Draft and file motions, briefs, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail
  • Conduct thorough discovery processes, including depositions and investigations, to build strong cases
  • Manage litigation involving personal injury claims, including asbestos-related cases
  • Prepare and execute trial strategies for jury trials, aiming for favorable outcomes
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored legal advice
  • Monitor case progress and ensure timely resolution of all matters
  • Maintain compliance with legal standards and procedures throughout case management
  • Review and analyze evidence to develop compelling arguments
  • Work closely with colleagues to share insights and strategies for case success

Requirements

  • Must be a licensed attorney and eligible to practice law in Missouri
  • At least 2 years of experience in civil litigation, with a focus on plaintiff representation
  • Strong skills in drafting motions, briefs, and other legal documents
  • Proven ability to manage discovery processes and prepare for trials
  • Experience handling personal injury and asbestos litigation cases is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with jury trial procedures and strategies
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
