Randstad is currently seeking an experienced Case Manager to join a high-performing team. The Case Manager provides essential leadership and oversight for a team of program case managers. This role is responsible for managing workflows, ensuring quality assurance, and providing high-level advice on program administration and legislative compliance. The position plays a critical role in addressing workforce distribution through the management of complex participant agreements and policy enquiries.
Job Responsibility:
With limited direction, lead, mentor, and motivate a small team of case managers to deliver timely and accurate results
Manage team workflows, provide support for information requests, and handle escalated or complex policy enquiries
Prepare high-quality briefs, correspondence, reports, and other documents to provide advice on program administration
Act as a key point of contact to establish and maintain productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Manage participant agreements in line with program principles and contribute to corporate planning and reporting processes

Demonstrated ability to take responsibility for a team’s work, mentor others, and contribute effectively to broader organisational outcomes
Strong experience in program management, including the use of analytical skills to make evidence-based decisions
Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence diverse stakeholders
Proven ability to think strategically to resolve complex issues while managing competing priorities
Experience working within legislative frameworks and a broad understanding of the Australian health or social services sector
