We are looking for a dedicated Case Manager to join our team on a contract basis in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will play a key part in managing case files, coordinating client communications, and handling essential documentation. Job Responsibility:
Manage case files from initiation to resolution, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete
Coordinate client intake processes, including obtaining necessary signatures and verifying information
Draft and prepare correspondence, discovery responses, and other legal documents
Facilitate communication between clients and the legal team to ensure a seamless experience
Assist in organizing and responding to discovery requests in a timely manner
Maintain and update case management software with pertinent information
Support the team in handling general case-related tasks and administrative duties
Ensure compliance with deadlines and procedural requirements
Proactively identify and address potential issues within case management workflows
Requirements:
Proven experience in case management or a related field
Proficiency in using case management software and other relevant tools
Strong ability to draft and compose thorough correspondence and legal documents
Knowledge of discovery processes, including requests and responses
Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Familiarity with legal procedures and documentation requirements
