Job Description:

ServiceNet is seeking a compassionate and motivated Case Manager to join our team at Beacon Recovery House, a 20-bed substance addiction recovery program in Greenfield. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a structured, supportive sober living environment where residents are empowered to build fulfilling, independent lives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Foster a safe, drug-free, and recovery-oriented environment
  • Support residents in setting and achieving recovery goals
  • Coordinate care and connect residents with social, medical, vocational, and community resources
  • Document services and track participant progress through timely, objective case notes
  • Assist with intake screenings and collaborate with referral sources
  • Provide hands-on support for appointments, benefits coordination, and goal planning

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • some college in human services or a related field preferred
  • LADC or CADAC certification strongly preferred
  • Experience in substance addiction recovery services
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals
  • Familiarity with community-based resources and social services
