Job Description:

Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the consulting team. Coordinate with bankers and consultants to schedule medical appointments and gather necessary financial and KYC records. Represent consultants at client meetings or medical screenings when they are unavailable. Act as a primary liaison between clients and banking partners for application processing and policy distribution. Handle the formal submission of all insurance application materials. Maintain accurate sales systems and provide regular updates on the status of the business pipeline. Verify that all client paperwork adheres to internal standards and external regulatory requirements. Oversee the entire case lifecycle, including active negotiation and follow-up with underwriters to ensure successful completion. Collaborate with client service teams to facilitate the timely delivery of annual account reviews. Partner with internal illustration and inforce departments to manage policy data. Develop tailored PowerPoint presentations and comparative product analyses for high-level client discussions.
