In this role, you'll make a valuable contribution as a guide, advisor, and coach in the areas of prevention, reintegration, and work (in)capacity for work. You'll also actively collaborate with the team to continuously improve and optimize our services. Job Responsibility

  • Manage and monitor absenteeism cases in compliance with applicable legislation (e.g. WVP, Ziektewet, WIA, Arbowet)
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers, providing both solicited and unsolicited guidance on absenteeism, prevention, and reintegration
  • Drive effective collaboration between all stakeholders (employees, managers, occupational health providers, and external parties)
  • Ensure accurate and complete case administration and documentation
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and actively contribute to the continuous development of Health Advisory services
  • Support a consistent, high-quality approach to absenteeism management across the organization

Requirements

  • HBO working and thinking level
  • Completed ROV practical training
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in absenteeism case management
  • Current knowledge of social security, such as WVP, Sickness Benefits Act, WIA, Working Conditions Act, etc.
  • Strong affinity with vitality and sustainable employability
  • Due to the international nature of ASML, spoken and written English language skills are highly desirable
