Job Description

Catastrophic Injury Case Manager – Medico-legal Sector. This organisation delivers high-quality, client-centred case management for individuals who have experienced life-changing injuries including traumatic and acquired brain injury, spinal cord injury, complex polytrauma and other severe orthopaedic or neurological injuries.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage a caseload of adults and/or children with complex rehabilitation needs
  • Completing detailed assessments
  • Developing bespoke rehabilitation programmes
  • Coordinating MDT input
  • Supporting families, legal teams and care providers

Requirements

  • Qualified OT, Physiotherapist, Speech & Language Therapist, Nurse or Social Worker
  • Current registration with HCPC, NMC or SWE
  • Previous case management experience within the medico-legal sector
  • Experience supporting individuals with complex or catastrophic injuries
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Nice to have

Strong professional networks with solicitors or referrers is highly desirable
