We are seeking a reliable Case Management Assistant to support counselors by completing administrative tasks within the MassAbility case management system. This role involves preparing documents, entering case information, organizing electronic files, and assisting counselors with daily case management activities.
Job Responsibility:
Assist counselors with tasks in the MassAbility case management system
Create documents, letters, case notes, and forms using system data
Initiate purchase orders and maintain case records
Organize and manage electronic files and documents
Provide visual assistance by reading or explaining information displayed on computer screens
Support counselors with administrative and case documentation tasks
Requirements:
Strong organizational skills
attention to detail
ability to follow written and verbal instructions
proficiency in Microsoft Word
proficiency in Microsoft Excel
proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
experience with online meeting tools such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams
