Job Description:

Case Handler to join the On Hire team at Winn Group, a leading North East business providing nationwide accident management and rehabilitation services for victims of non-fault accidents.

Job Responsibility:

  • Process the repair and/or hire of vehicles for clients who have been involved in a road traffic accident
  • Take instructions from clients to arrange a suitable booking in date for repairs and hire
  • Arrange urgent recovery of vehicles and safe storage
  • Manage your own caseload
  • Manage a caseload and keep up to date on tasks by prioritising urgent instructions
  • Review defendant evidence to provide rebuttal responses to support the recovery of credit hire charges
  • Assess clients’ needs for hire vehicles
  • Liaise with body shops to agree standard rates and make repair arrangements
  • Being articulate, having strong communication skills and maintaining professional relationships with internal colleagues, external clients, and third parties

Requirements:

  • Customer Service experience
  • Ability to work towards shared goals and objectives
  • Good independent and team working skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • IT literate
