Job Description:

Our client needs the support of a Case Clerk on a contract basis for the next two months. In this role, you will play a vital part in handling client cases and ensuring accurate data entry to support case management efforts. This position requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail as you will be assisting with intake processes and client communications.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct initial client outreach calls to gather critical information and ensure all details are captured accurately
  • Follow provided scripts during calls to maintain consistency and professionalism
  • Distribute necessary resources and links to clients promptly after calls
  • Collaborate with senior intake specialists for guidance and support when needed
  • Record and maintain comprehensive data on financial losses and medical challenges encountered by clients
  • Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality and professionalism

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in case management or data entry is required
  • Strong communication skills to confidently handle client interactions
  • Ability to follow scripts and maintain consistency during calls
