Job Description

We are seeking an organised and reliable Case Administrator to play a key role in the smooth running of day-to-day operations within a busy public sector environment. This role offers the opportunity to work within a very varied role, providing essential administrative support to the probation service.

Job Responsibility

  • Maintain and update case files and electronic databases accurately
  • Manage communications via telephone, email, Microsoft teams etc
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partner agencies
  • Use of an internal ticketing system to take cases
  • Use of internal databases and trackers

Requirements

  • Strong administrative and IT skills, including Microsoft Office packages
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • Proactive approach and able to use initiative
  • Able to work alone and within a team
  • Subject to Enhanced Level 1 Probation vetting
