In this role, you'll be the backbone of efficient administrative processes, ensuring staff and individuals on probation are supported through accurate record-keeping and effective communication. Your responsibilities will include maintaining databases with sensitive information, managing referrals, preparing case records, and coordinating appointments and meetings. You'll also handle enquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing a professional and compassionate service even in challenging situations. The role involves organising resources, supporting safeguarding duties, and contributing to a positive, inclusive environment aligned with the Service's values. Some out-of-hours work may be required, and adherence to confidentiality and health & safety policies is essential.
