Job Description:

The CSG Complex Injury team is looking for a Case Administrator to join the team. You will provide admin support to lawyers in the team in running complex and catastrophic injury files of a high value and importance to our clients. The Complex Injury team works on behalf of insurance companies and corporates, investigating and resolving high value personal injury compensation claims. This is an exciting time to join as you will be part of a new and expanding team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist with the running of files to ensure deadlines are met and cases managed proactively to conclusion
  • Ensure work is carried out effectively to meet the needs of the clients and the commercial requirements of the firm
  • Assisting with the set-up of new files in the case management system
  • Diarising Court directions
  • Updating CRU certificates
  • Obtaining and chasing medical records
  • Submitting payment requests
  • Chasing orders and settlement cheques
  • Liaising with Courts, Opponent Solicitors and other Third Parties
  • Completing basic legal forms
  • Organising and preparing for Counsel instructions
  • Other administrative duties, as required
