Job Responsibility:

  • Define and execute strategies that inspire clients and Influenster Community Members
  • Proactively engage with Sales and Client Success
  • Facilitate client workshops and sessions, presenting, and walking through our campaign initiation process and platform demonstrations
  • Manage and properly set expectations with both internal and client stakeholders
  • Advocate on behalf of the Client and your team
  • Manage and drive a portfolio of Campaigns from initiation to close
  • Define and maintain timelines identifying milestones, risks and mitigation strategies

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required
  • Positive, self-starter attitude with a knack for creative problem solving
  • Customer-centric - you keep the best interest of clients in everything you do
  • Exceptional communication skills (oral and written)
  • Skillful in time management, organization, and prioritization
  • Sufficient in meeting deadlines and expectations with minimal supervision
  • Fire in the belly – we hire people who bring passion to their work and their team
  • Bachelor’s Degree and 1-2 years of experience in account management, client success, marketing and/or social media preferred
