Job Description:

A part-time position at IKEA offering a role as a Retail Carts Co-worker ensuring an enjoyable shopping experience for customers by providing services such as car loading/unloading, maintaining shopping tools, and supporting in customer service areas including Returns and Click & Collect.

Job Responsibility:

Provide friendly and efficient car loading and/or unloading services while keeping the loading zone clean
ensure that all physical shopping tools, including carts, pencils, yellow bags, maps, and twine, are adequately stocked and maintained throughout the store
fill physical shopping tools at closing
monitor the condition of physical and digital shopping tools
report any IT issues
remove any physical stands or tools that are unsafe
address customer needs
resolve issues independently
escalate matters to a manager when needed
support customer service areas such as Full Serve Hand Out (FSHO), Exchanges & Returns, Click & Collect
stage products and equipment properly in Returns
ensure accurate order handoff in Click & Collect
contribute to an environment where the IKEA culture is embraced.

Requirements:

Lifting up to 50lbs
walking frequently
availability to work Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday as a minimum requirement
completed background check
drug test.
