Job Description:

As a Retail Carts Co-worker at IKEA, you ensure an enjoyable shopping experience for customers by providing car loading and unloading services, maintaining shopping tools, supporting customer service areas, and fostering a positive environment aligned with the IKEA culture.

Job Responsibility:

Provide friendly and efficient car loading and/or unloading services
Ensure physical shopping tools are stocked and maintained
Monitor and report conditions of physical and digital shopping tools
Address customer needs and resolve issues
Support customer service areas such as Full Serve Hand Out, Exchanges & Returns, and Click & Collect
Ensure proper staging of products and equipment
Create accurate order handoff experiences for customers
Embrace IKEA culture and diversity

Requirements:

Physical Demands: Lifting up to 50lbs and walking frequently
Outdoor 50% of the time
Successful completion of a background check and a drug test
