Job Description:

Ensuring an enjoyable shopping experience by managing physical shopping tools, car loading and unloading services, and supporting other customer service areas. Promote IKEA culture and create a positive environment for customers.

Job Responsibility:

Provide friendly and efficient car loading and unloading services
keep the loading zone clean by clearing away straps, excess carts, and cardboard
ensure physical shopping tools are filled at closing
monitor the condition of physical and digital shopping tools
report IT issues
address customer needs and resolve issues independently
escalate matters to a manager when needed
support in other customer service areas such as Full Serve Hand Out, Exchanges & Returns, Click & Collect
contribute to an environment where the IKEA culture embraces diversity

Requirements:

Lifting up to 50lbs
walking frequently
working outdoors 50% of the time
