Job Description:

A part-time retail position at IKEA in Woodbridge, United States, focused on providing a positive customer experience by supporting car loading, maintaining shopping tools, and assisting in additional customer service areas such as Returns and Click & Collect. Requires lifting up to 50lbs and outdoor work 50% of the time.

Job Responsibility:

Provide friendly and efficient car loading and/or unloading services while keeping the loading zone clean
ensure physical shopping tools such as carts, pencils, yellow bags, maps, and twine are stocked and maintained throughout the store during business hours
ensure physical shopping tools are replenished at closing
monitor the condition of physical and digital shopping tools and report IT issues or remove unsafe tools
address customer needs and resolve issues independently or escalate to a manager
support additional customer service areas such as Full Serve Hand Out (FSHO), Exchanges & Returns, Click & Collect
provide customers with efficient handout experience in Full Serve Hand Out
ensure products and equipment are staged properly in Returns
create a positive experience for customers during accurate order handoff in Click & Collect
