Job Description:

At IKEA, the Carts Co-worker ensures an enjoyable shopping experience by maintaining shopping tools, assisting with loading and unloading, and supporting customer service areas. The role embraces IKEA's culture and diversity while fostering a positive shopping environment.

Job Responsibility:

Provide friendly and efficient car loading and/or unloading services
ensure physical shopping tools are stocked and maintained throughout the store
monitor and report IT issues with shopping tools
address customer needs and resolve issues
support other customer service areas including Full Serve Hand Out, Exchanges & Returns, and Click & Collect
ensure products and equipment are properly staged during Returns
contribute to an environment embracing IKEA culture and diversity

Requirements:

Lifting up to 50lbs
walking frequently
ability to work nights and weekends
ability to work in outdoor conditions 50% of the time
must pass a background check and drug test
