Job Description:

A Carts Co-worker at IKEA ensures an enjoyable shopping experience by providing friendly and efficient cart and loading zone services, maintaining physical and digital shopping tools, resolving customer issues, and supporting other customer service areas. This role contributes to building genuine customer interactions and embraces the diversity of co-workers and customers. Candidates should meet physical demands such as lifting up to 50lbs and working outdoors for 50% of the time.

Job Responsibility:

Provide friendly and efficient car loading and/or unloading services
keep loading zone clean
ensure shopping tools are adequately stocked and maintained
fill shopping tools at store closing
monitor condition of shopping tools and report issues
address customer needs and resolve issues
support in other customer service areas, such as Full Serve Hand Out, Exchanges & Returns, and Click & Collect
create a positive customer handout or order handoff experience
ensure products and equipment are properly staged
contribute to an environment that embraces diversity and IKEA culture

Requirements:

Lifting up to 50lbs
walking frequently
fully open work schedule availability including evenings and weekends
outdoor work 50% of the time
