Job Description:

At IKEA, the Carts Co-Worker ensures a pleasant shopping experience by providing friendly service, maintaining physical shopping tools, addressing customer needs, and supporting in various customer service areas such as Full Serve Hand Out, Exchanges & Returns, and Click & Collect. The role involves physical work and outdoor tasks as part of building positive customer interactions.

Job Responsibility:

Provide friendly and efficient car loading and/or unloading services
keep the loading zone clean
maintain and stock physical shopping tools
monitor condition of shopping tools and report unsafe tools
address and resolve customer needs independently
support Full Serve Hand Out
support Exchanges & Returns
support Click & Collect
contribute to an inclusive team environment

Requirements:

Able to lift up to 50lbs
able to walk frequently
able to work outdoors 50% of the time
able to work nights and weekends
