Job Responsibility:

Provide friendly and efficient car loading and/or unloading services
Keep loading zone clean by clearing away straps, excess carts, and cardboard
Ensure all physical shopping tools are adequately stocked and maintained
Ensure physical shopping tools are filled at closing
Monitor condition of physical and digital shopping tools
Report IT issues
Remove unsafe physical stands or tools
Address customer needs and resolve issues
Escalate matters to manager when needed
Support in other customer service areas such as Full Serve Hand Out, Exchanges & Returns, Click & Collect

Requirements:

Lifting up to 50lbs
Walking frequently
Working outdoors 50% of the time
Fully open work schedule availability including evenings and weekends required
