Job Description:

As a Retail Carts Co-worker ensuring an enjoyable shopping experience for our customers at IKEA. The role involves maintaining shopping tools, assisting customers with loading/unloading, and supporting various customer service areas while working in a diverse team focused on building long-lasting customer relationships.

Job Responsibility:

Provide friendly and efficient car loading and/or unloading services
Keep loading zone clean by clearing away straps, excess carts, and cardboard
Ensure all physical shopping tools are adequately stocked and maintained
Ensure physical shopping tools are filled at closing
Monitor condition of physical and digital shopping tools
Report IT issues
Remove unsafe physical stands or tools
Address customer needs and resolve issues
Escalate matters to manager when needed
Support in Full Serve Hand Out (FSHO), Exchanges & Returns, Click & Collect
Create positive customer experience for Click & Collect orders
Contribute to IKEA culture embracing diversity

Requirements:

Lifting up to 50lbs
Walking frequently
Outdoor work 50% of the time
Fully open work schedule availability including evenings and weekends required
