Job Description:

As a Retail Carts Co-worker ensuring an enjoyable shopping experience for our customers at IKEA. Part of the Customer Relations team building and retaining long-lasting relationships with customers in a multichannel retail environment.

Job Responsibility:

Provide friendly and efficient car loading and/or unloading services
Keep loading zone clean by clearing away straps, excess carts, and cardboard
Ensure all physical shopping tools are adequately stocked and maintained
Ensure physical shopping tools are filled at closing
Monitor condition of physical and digital shopping tools
Report IT issues
Remove unsafe physical stands or tools
Address customer needs and resolve issues
Escalate matters to manager when needed
Support in other customer service areas
Provide efficient handout experience in Full Serve Hand Out
Ensure products and equipment are properly staged in Returns
Create positive customer experience in Click & Collect
Contribute to IKEA culture embracing diversity

Requirements:

Lifting up to 50lbs
Walking frequently
Open availability Monday through Sunday
Ability to work in retail environment
Physical capability for outdoor work 50% of the time
