Job Description:

In this role, you will ensure an enjoyable shopping experience for customers and contribute to the IKEA culture while performing various responsibilities related to physical shopping tools, customer service, and operational support.

Job Responsibility:

Provide friendly and efficient car loading and/or unloading services
keep the loading zone clean by clearing away straps, carts, and cardboard
stock and maintain physical shopping tools such as carts, pencils, yellow bags, maps, and twine
monitor condition of physical and digital shopping tools
report IT issues and remove unsafe physical tools
address customer needs and resolve issues
support customer service areas such as Full Serve Hand Out, Exchanges & Returns, and Click & Collect
contribute to a positive, customer-focused environment at IKEA

Requirements:

Lifting up to 50lbs
walking frequently
able to work retail hours based on the business needs, including weeknights, weekends, and holidays
