Job Description:

As a Retail Carts Co-worker ensuring an enjoyable shopping experience for our customers, you will provide friendly and efficient services, maintain shopping tools, and support various customer service areas. You'll contribute to a positive customer and co-worker environment that embraces IKEA culture and diversity.

Job Responsibility:

Provide friendly and efficient car loading and/or unloading services
keep the loading zone clean by clearing away straps, excess carts, and cardboard
ensure physical shopping tools are adequately stocked and maintained throughout the store
monitor the condition of physical and digital shopping tools
address customer needs and resolve issues independently
support in other customer service areas such as Full Serve Hand Out, Exchanges & Returns, and Click & Collect
ensure accurate order handoff in Click & Collect
contribute to an environment that embraces IKEA culture and diversity

Requirements:

Lifting up to 50lbs
walking frequently
working outdoors 50% of the time
fully open work schedule availability including evenings and weekends
