Job Description:

At IKEA, Carts Co-Worker roles ensure an enjoyable shopping experience for customers by providing friendly and efficient loading/unloading services, maintaining physical shopping tools, addressing customer needs, and supporting various customer service areas. The job emphasizes living the IKEA culture, teamwork, and creating a diverse and inclusive environment.

Job Responsibility:

Provide friendly and efficient car loading and/or unloading services
keep the loading zone clean
stock and maintain physical shopping tools
monitor physical shopping tools and report issues
address customer needs and escalate matters as needed
support in Full Serve Hand Out, Exchanges & Returns, Click & Collect areas
stage products and equipment for Returns
ensure accurate order handoff for Click & Collect
contribute to a positive IKEA culture embracing diversity

Requirements:

Lifting up to 50lbs
walking frequently
open availability Monday through Sunday
able to work outdoor 50% of the time
background check
drug test
