Job Description:

Retail Carts Co-worker ensuring an enjoyable shopping experience for customers by managing physical shopping tools, addressing customer needs, and supporting other customer service areas as needed. Work involves physical lifting, outdoor tasks, and teamwork in a multichannel retail environment. IKEA provides strong cultural values and diverse work opportunities.

Job Responsibility:

Provide friendly and efficient car loading and/or unloading services
keep the loading zone clean by clearing away straps, excess carts, and cardboard
ensure physical shopping tools like carts, pencils, yellow bags, maps, and twine are adequately stocked and maintained
ensure physical tools are filled at closing
monitor condition of physical and digital shopping tools, report IT issues, and remove unsafe items
address customer needs and resolve issues independently
support other customer service areas such as Full Serve Hand Out (FSHO), Exchanges & Returns, Click & Collect
provide simple and efficient handout experience at Full Serve Hand Out
ensure products and equipment are properly staged in Returns
create positive customer experience during accurate order handoff in Click & Collect
contribute to an environment embracing IKEA culture and diversity of co-workers

Requirements:

Lifting up to 50lbs
walking frequently
outdoor work 50% of the time
