Job Description:

As a Retail Carts Co-worker at IKEA, you will ensure an enjoyable shopping experience by maintaining shopping tools and providing efficient customer service in areas such as car loading and unloading, Full Serve Hand Out, Exchanges & Returns, and Click & Collect. You will monitor the condition of shopping tools, address customer needs, and contribute to a positive environment that embodies IKEA culture.

Job Responsibility:

Provide friendly and efficient car loading and/or unloading services
keep the loading zone clean
maintain physical shopping tools like carts, pencils, yellow bags, maps, and twine
monitor the condition of shopping tools
report IT issues
escalate customer issues to a manager
support other customer service areas like Full Serve Hand Out, Exchanges & Returns, Click & Collect
ensure accurate order handoff in Click & Collect
ensure products and equipment are properly staged in Returns
contribute to IKEA culture and create positive customer experiences

Requirements:

Lifting up to 50lbs
walking frequently
working outdoors 50% of the time
open working availability from Monday to Saturday between 10:00AM to 10:30PM
