Job Description:

Join IKEA's Customer Relations team as a Carts Attendant. Ensure an enjoyable shopping experience by maintaining physical shopping tools, providing efficient customer service, and supporting customer-related areas like Full Serve Hand Out, Exchanges and Returns, and Click and Collect. Job Responsibility:

Provide friendly and efficient car loading and unloading services while keeping the loading zone clean
ensure all physical shopping tools are adequately stocked and maintained throughout the store
monitor the condition of physical and digital shopping tools, report issues, and remove unsafe tools
address customer needs and resolve issues independently
support in other customer service areas such as Full Serve Hand Out, Exchanges and Returns, Click and Collect
contribute to an environment where the IKEA culture embraces diversity of co-workers and customers

Requirements:

Lifting up to 50lbs
walking frequently
working outdoors 50% of the time
availability to work Saturdays and Sundays
