Job Description:

At IKEA, you will work to ensure an enjoyable shopping experience as a Retail Carts Co-worker, with responsibilities including car loading/unloading, restocking shopping tools, supporting customer service areas, and monitoring tool conditions. You'll contribute to an inclusive work environment that emphasizes diversity and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:

Provide friendly and efficient car loading and/or unloading services while keeping the loading zone clean
ensure physical shopping tools are adequately stocked and maintained throughout the store during business hours
fill physical shopping tools at closing
monitor the condition of physical and digital shopping tools and report any issues
address customer needs and resolve issues independently
support in other customer service areas such as Full Serve Hand Out, Exchanges & Returns, Click & Collect
create a positive customer experience during Click & Collect
ensure products and equipment are properly staged in Returns

Requirements:

Lifting up to 50lbs
walking frequently
