Minimum 12 months industry experience, have sound knowledge
Demonstrated experience in a similar Cartage Coordinator role
Knowledge of customs and freight forwarding terminology

Job Responsibility

Coordinate timely deliveries & inform clients
Arrange quarantine inspection bookings as per directions
Accounts receivable and monitoring COD payments
Manage the status of jobs through maintaining accurate data within CargoWise and communication exceptions and delays to stakeholders
Arrange in accordance with customs require
Book cartage with internal or external carrier
Plan internal truck run sheet & updating timesheet
Advise external customers of delivery notice
Inform customers of delays
COD checklist for outstanding payments
