Job Description:

As a Retail Carts Co-worker ensuring an enjoyable shopping experience for our customers. Contribute to an environment where the IKEA culture is a strong and living reality that embraces the diversity of co-workers and customers.

Job Responsibility:

Provide friendly and efficient car loading and/or unloading services while keeping the loading zone clean
Ensure that all physical shopping tools are adequately stocked and maintained throughout the store
Ensure physical shopping tool are filled at closing
Monitor the condition of physical and digital shopping tools
Address customer needs, resolve issues independently
Support in other customer service areas such as Full Serve Hand Out (FSHO), Exchanges & Returns, Click & Collect as needed

Requirements:

Lifting up to 50lbs and walking frequently
Working Conditions: Outdoor 50% of the time
