Oversee the complete provisioning lifecycle for voice, data, internet, and cloud connectivity services

Develop and maintain clear documentation for provisioning workflows, service details, and key implementation milestones
Troubleshoot and proactively resolve all order-related issues and delays
Partner closely with Network Engineering, Security, and Infrastructure teams to ensure service delivery is tightly aligned with technical and business needs
Provide subject matter expertise and support for telecom-related initiatives and major migrations
Deliver transparent status updates and reporting to leadership on service delivery performance metrics
Requirements:

Hands-on experience working with major carriers (e.g., AT&T, Verizon, Lumen, GTT, Comcast, etc.)
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects
Proficiency with telecom ordering portals, ticketing systems, and data analysis tools (e.g., advanced Excel)
