Job Responsibility:

  • Route Optimisation: Evaluate and optimise special routes provided by various vendors to ensure quality, stability, and cost efficiency
  • Maintain an updated rate sheet encompassing all route types such as SIM, SS7, local bypass, and other specialised solutions
  • Provide optimised route options to the Trading and Enterprise teams on a regular basis to support business growth and service quality
  • Vendor Onboarding and Compliance Management: Oversee the complete vendor onboarding process, including agreement finalisation, technical integration, and compliance fulfilment
  • Coordinate with existing vendors to ensure timely submission and maintenance of compliance documents, adhering to organisational and regulatory standards
  • Pricing Governance: Ensure accurate price uploads on the designated platform and monitor rate fluctuations periodically
  • Maintain pricing integrity to facilitate accurate profit and loss reporting and financial tracking
  • Network Monitoring and Service Assurance: Conduct regular monitoring of high-traffic customer routes to proactively identify potential issues and prevent service disruptions
  • Billing and Reconciliation Support: Collaborate with the Finance team to assist in billing reconciliation activities, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
  • Contribute to process efficiency by reducing reconciliation timelines and minimising calculation discrepancies
