Carpet Floor Tech

This position is responsible for maintaining the floors by vacuuming the carpets, stairwells, some sweeping/mopping of VCT. He/she is a part of a team performing these duties using an upright and or backpack vacuum. Shift is Monday thru Friday, 5-9 p.m. $15.25hr. Other duties may be Assigned as needed: Overall duties include daily vacuuming, dust moping/wet moping; Perform all cleaning duties using provided ServiceMaster products, tools and procedures; Maintain equipment, proper care of tools; Use proper PPE where required; Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn; Experience working for a professional janitorial company, office complex, hotel, hospital or school is a plus; Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude and contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time; Has respect and understanding for customer; Must be able to communicate in English, using apps when necessary.
