About the Role We are looking for passionate, knowledgeable individuals to join as an hourly paid support in carpentry. About You We're looking for a passionate and committed individual with: Proven experience in carpentry; Hold an A1 assessor's award(level 3) and a TAQWA level 4 IQA qualification to carry out IQA duties across sites and ideally have experience in setting up the End Point assessments for the carpentry apprentices; Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills; A commitment to inclusive, learner-focused teaching; A recognised teaching qualification (or a willingness to achieve one). You should be confident in delivering to a diverse range of learners and ready to inspire them to achieve their full potential.
