Requirements

Proven experience in carpentry
Hold an A1 assessor's award (level 3) and a TAQWA level 4 IQA qualification to carry out IQA duties across sites
Ideally have experience in setting up the End Point assessments for the carpentry apprentices
Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills
A commitment to inclusive, learner-focused teaching
A recognised teaching qualification (or a willingness to achieve one)
